Sound Ecologies: Art Songs and Art Auctions
Location: UHUMC
This Sunday, October 26th at 3pm in the sanctuary, UHUMC and Sound Ecologies will be collaborating to present a concert of vocal music, highlighting texts of people who have dedicated their lives to a specific cause (conservation, workers' rights, freedom of the press, access to education, LGBTQ+ activism, literary freedom, mental health advocates, etc.). Following the concert, an Art Auction will take place to fundraise for various local organizations, including Sound Ecologies and the Community Gardens.

On Sunday morning, Nov. 2, we will remember church members who have passed on to their eternal reward over the past year. To be sure no one is missed, please contact the church office (via email or phone) to share names of those you are aware of. There will also be an opportunity that morning to light a votive candle for someone dear to you who has passed during the last year.
