My Story

Christian is currently a student at Butler studying music composition under Dr. Micheal Schelle, Miho Sasaki, and Dr. Frank Felice. He’s had works premiered by the Sound Ecologies orchestra, the JCA New Music Ensemble and multiple chamber groups. In edition, Christian is a saxophone player who specializes in 20th-21st century new saxophone works. He’s premiered pieces by dozens of Indiana based composers and loves works by Ryō Noda and Christian Lauba. He’s worked with the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra, gathering administrations experience and has done specialized research in post-WWll in the globalization of music between the East and West.
